Prohibits the sale/offer of sale/trade/distribution of fur products. Makes 3 violations of this chapter civil infractions punishable by civil penalty and the 4th violation a misdemeanor punishable by fine up to $500 or imprisonment for 30 days or both.
Bans the possession, sale, and transfer of assault weapons. Possession of assault weapons owned on the effective date of this act to be "grandfathered". Violations are punishable by a fine or imprisonment.
Creates the "Embryo Safety and Storage Act of 2024." The act requires the department of health to regulate and license embryo storage facilities.
Prohibits synthetic media within ninety (90) days of an election.
Requires each healthcare entity/network plan to compile/report to health insurance commissioner a summary of how the healthcare entity/network plan requires its contracted providers to submit claims for in-network outpatient behavioral health services.
Regulates pharmacy benefit managers' policies and practices through rules and regulations promulgated by the office of health insurance commissioner, relating to accurate costs and pricing reporting, restricting discriminatory practices.
