Increases role of division of motor vehicles in voter registration and addresses verification process, by establishing very specific obligations and responsibilities that must be followed before offering an individual application to register to vote.

Amends the current law on controlled substances to permit a person to be in possession of less than one ounce of psilocybin and permits psilocybin to be securely cultivated within a person's residence for personal use.
Prohibits force-feeding to create a force-fed poultry product nor hire another to engage in force feeding of a poultry product. Violations would be subject to a civil penalty of $500.
Makes persons seventy (70) years of age or older eligible for exemption from jury service.
Prevents employers from discriminating against an employee because the employee has exercised a right and worker's compensation benefits.
Establishes a digital electronics right to repair, which would allow for digital electronic equipment and parts that are sold in this state on or after January 1, 2025, to be repaired at an independent repair provider.
Authorizes the division of motor vehicles to issue special license plates in recognition of The Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation.
