Directs the council on elementary and secondary education to develop recommendations for a high school curriculum to prepare students for successful postsecondary education and careers in computer science.
Establishes the position of military spouse liaison, in the office of veteran's services, to conduct outreach and advocate on behalf of military spouses in the state.
Prohibits lobbyists from making any political contributions to any member of the general assembly from January 1 through July 1 in any year, unless the general assembly adjourns for the year prior to July 1.
Proposes an amendment to the State Constitution, Article IV, Section 1, allowing four (4) year terms for general assembly members and imposing term limits of three (3) full four (4) year terms on said members commencing with the 2026 election
Changes the timeframe of the Revenue Estimating Conferences meeting to within the last ten (10) days of April and the first ten (10) days of November of each year.
Allows cannabis establishments, as defined pursuant to § 21-28.11-3, to claim any deduction to income that would be allowable under the laws of the United States but for 26 U.S.C. § 280E.
