Would propose to the voters of the state a constitutional amendment regarding eligibility to vote and to be a candidate.
Removes the exemption from licensure for certain nursing service agencies accredited by the joint commission.

Eliminates unreasonable and fiscally irresponsible constraints of budget caps created in some condominium documents by developers to help sell units.
Requires associations to provide unit owners with thirty (30) days notice of any increase in the deductible application to the association’s policy ensuring that unit owners will have coverage relating to their responsibility.
Allows college athletes and prospects to enter into contracts receive compensation for use of their name, image and likeness rights and would prohibit colleges and athletic associations from interfering with such compensation rights.
Prohibits subscription or access fee charges for public access to recorded real estate instruments/limits recording and copying fees to amounts provided by statute with regards to cities/towns/third-party providers.
Permits municipalities to enact ordinances that provides them the authority to organize local tax amnesty events once every three (3) years.
Permits every municipality in the state to offer a homestead tax exemption of up to 20% of assessed value on residential properties, and also provides that municipalities that grant greater exemptions not be limited by this section.
Directs the department of elementary and secondary education to establish a two (2) year pilot outreach and tracking program at two (2) public high schools.
