Allows correctional industries to conduct business for goods or services with any 501(c)(3) and would require customers of correctional industries to pay fifty present (50%) of an order upon the placement of the order.
Prohibits use of algorithm or artificial intelligence to set residential rental amounts and prohibits landlord price fixing of residential rents. Violations constitute a deceptive trade practice and violators are subject to civil suit.
Requires insurance coverage for at a minimum up to ninety (90) days of residential or inpatient services for mental health and/or substance use disorders for American Society of Addiction Medicine levels of care 3.1 and 3.3.

Enables municipalities to install and use automated systems to detect noise limit violations in order to enhance enforcement abilities and reduce noise violations state-wide.
Provides that only residential properties and new or rehabilitated residential affordable housing units would be subject to the tax under § 44-5-13.1 relating to taxation of low-income housing.
Requires renovation projects of pre-1978 buildings to comply with provisions of chapter 24.6 of title 23 and chapter 21 of title 28, and require presence of lead inspector and supervisor and require lead training. DLT would ensure compliance.
Directs employers to take certain actions to protect their employees who are exposed to extreme hot and cold temperatures and failure to implement or perform any of those actions would be an unlawful employment practice.
