Requires entity such as a nursing home, elder care facility that receives governmental funding post a notice that political candidates are not permitted to solicit residents and visits would be maintained in a book by the facility.

This Joint Resolution would propose to the voters of the state a constitutional amendment which would provide that no person who is not a citizen of the United States would be allowed to vote in this state.
Establishes election day as a day of special observation in the State of Rhode Island. The act would also restrict the use of mail ballots in elections.
Provides that any renewable energy project that cannot certify a net reduction of carbon emissions through scientific studies, using the best practices as defined in ISO LCA standards 14040 and 14044, be prohibited or discontinued by the PUC.
