AN ACT RELATING TO COMMERCIAL LAW--GENERAL REGULATORY PROVISIONS -- DIGITAL ELECTRONICS RIGHT TO REPAIR ACT

Establishes a digital electronics right to repair, which would allow for digital electronic equipment and parts that are sold in this state on or after January 1, 2025, to be repaired at an independent repair provider.

AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- BUSINESS CORPORATION TAX

Allows cannabis establishments, as defined pursuant to § 21-28.11-3, to claim any deduction to income that would be allowable under the laws of the United States but for 26 U.S.C. § 280E.
