This resolution would authorize the appropriation of the sum of $500,000 to the Rhode Island Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

Raises the earned-income tax credit from sixteen percent (16%) to thirty percent (30%) for the tax years 2025 and beyond.
Reduces the minimum interest rate on delinquent payments from eighteen percent (18%) per annum to twelve percent (12%) per annum.
Requires that Medicaid enrollment be maintained or provided to all inmates in the first 30 days of incarceration at the adult correctional institutions within the department of corrections and the last 30 days of incarceration.
