Gives authority to the DLT to enforce violations of the laws relating to corrosion prevention and mitigation work requirements. Also adds civil monetary penalties for violations of those laws.

Exempts the Center for Mediation and Collaboration Rhode Island from taxation of the real property and tangible personal property located at 831 Bald Hill Road in the city of Warwick.
This resolution creates a 28 member special legislative commission whose purpose is to write an Olmstead Plan for Rhode Island, and reports back to the General Assembly on or before January 3, 2025, and expires on July 1, 2025.
