An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general provisions, further providing for the definition of "stinger-steered automobile" or "boat transporter"; and, in size, weight and load, further providing for fire apparatus, for length of vehicles and for maximum gross weight of vehicles.

An Act providing for plumbing contractors licensure; establishing the State Board of Plumbing Contractors and providing for its powers and duties; conferring powers and imposing duties on the Department of Labor and Industry; establishing fees, fines and civil penalties; establishing the Plumbing Contractors Licensure Account; and making an appropriation.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in preliminary provisions, further providing for Keystone Exams.

An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in limitation of time, providing for ten year limitation, for mesne profits and for reimbursement and further providing for twenty-one year limitation.

A Resolution establishing a task force on lead exposure and the hazards of lead poisoning; imposing duties on the Joint State Government Commission; and authorizing a study.

An Act amending the act of April 27, 1966 (1st Sp.Sess., P.L.31, No.1), known as The Bituminous Mine Subsidence and Land Conservation Act, providing for planned subsidence and for retroactivity.

An Act amending the act of July 7, 1980 (P.L.380, No.97), known as the Solid Waste Management Act, in general provisions, further providing for definitions.

An Act amending Titles 24 (Education), 51 (Military Affairs) and 71 (State Government) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, extensively revising pension provisions as follows: In Title 24: for retirement for school employees, in the areas of preliminary provisions, of membership, contributions and benefits, of school employees' defined contribution plan and of administration and miscellaneous provisions; and for health insurance for retired school employees, in the area of preliminary provisions. In Title 51: for employment preferences and pensions, in the area of military leave of absence. In Title 71: for boards and offices, in the area of Independent Fiscal Office; and for retirement for State employees and officers, in the areas of preliminary provisions, of membership, credited service, classes of service and eligibility for benefits, of contributions, of benefits, of State employees' defined contribution plan and of administration, funds, accounts, general provisions. Providing, as to the revisions: for construction and administration, for applicability, for liability, for member statements and for suspension of provisions of the Public Employee Retirement Study Commission Act.

An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, in powers and duties of the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, providing for drug and alcohol recovery houses and establishing the Drug and Alcohol Recovery House Fund; and making editorial changes.

An Act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor and the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, to grant and convey to the Pennhurst Memorial Preservation Alliance, or its assigns, a certain tract of land with certain improvements on it situate in East Vincent Township, Chester County; authorizing and directing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to 812 Market, Inc., or its assigns, certain lands and improvements situate in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County; authorizing the Department of Transportation, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to Two Farms Inc., certain lands situate in the Collegeville Borough, Montgomery County; authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a competitive bid process, certain lands, buildings and improvements situate in the Borough of Chambersburg, Franklin County; authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Department of Transportation and the Governor, to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a competitive bid process, certain lands, buildings and improvements situate partially in the 6th Ward City of Washington and situate partially in South Strabane Township, Washington County; and authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and the Governor, to grant and convey to Jose L. Ramos and Lisa Ramos, husband and wife, certain lands situate in the Township of Whitemarsh, Montgomery County.
