An act amending Titles 3 (Agriculture) and 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, extensively revising gaming provisions as follows: in Title 3: for horse racing, in the area of race horse industry reform. In Title 4: for amusements generally, in the areas of fantasy contests, of lottery and of iLottery; for gaming, in the areas of general provisions, of Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, of licensees, of table games, of interactive gaming, of revenues, of administration and enforcement and of miscellaneous provisions; and providing for video gaming. Providing, as to the revisions: for related repeals. Repealing a provision related to keno in the State Lottery Law.

An Act amending the act of May 29, 2012 (P.L.549, No.54), known as the Primary Stroke Center Recognition Act, further providing for short title, for definitions, for recognition of centers, for emergency medical services and for biennial report.

An Act amending the act of November 10, 1999 (P.L.491, No.45), known as the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions and for Uniform Construction Code Review and Advisory Council and providing for review of updated sections and adoption of updated sections into Uniform Construction Code; in Uniform Construction Code, further providing for revised or successor codes; in adoption and enforcement by municipalities, further providing for administration and enforcement; in training and certification of inspectors, further providing for education and training programs; and, in exemptions, applicability and penalties, further providing for applicability to certain buildings.

An Act designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 85 over the north branch of Plum Creek, Plumville Borough, Indiana County, as the Henry Lue Weaver Memorial Bridge.

An Act designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 1005, known as Church View Road, Segment 0180, Offset 0000, over Beaver Creek, South Woodbury Township, Bedford County, as the PFC/POW William G. Koontz Memorial Bridge.

An Act providing for participation in the REAL ID Act of 2005, for compliance by residents of this Commonwealth, for reports to General Assembly and for publication; and repealing the REAL ID Nonparticipation Act.

An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in assault, providing for the offense of threat against law enforcement officer or sheriff.
