An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, in party organization, further providing for who shall be declared elected members of national or State committee and party offices; and, in returns of primaries and elections, further providing for manner of computing irregular ballots.

A Concurrent Resolution extending in whole the disaster emergency declared on August 31, 2021, in response to the aftereffects of Hurricane Ida.

An Act amending Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, further providing for organization.

An Act amending the act of October 5, 1978 (P.L.1109, No.261), known as the Osteopathic Medical Practice Act, further providing for definitions, for State Board of Osteopathic Medicine, for practice of osteopathic medicine and surgery without license prohibited and for licenses, exemptions, nonresident practitioners, graduate students, biennial registration and continuing medical education; and abrogating regulations.
