An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, providing for nonprofit animal shelter tax credit; and imposing duties on the Department of Revenue.

An act amending Titles 3 (Agriculture) and 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, extensively revising gaming provisions as follows: in Title 3: for horse racing, in the area of race horse industry reform. In Title 4: for amusements generally, in the areas of fantasy contests, of lottery and of iLottery; for gaming, in the areas of general provisions, of Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, of licensees, of table games, of interactive gaming, of revenues, of administration and enforcement and of miscellaneous provisions; and providing for video gaming. Providing, as to the revisions: for related repeals. Repealing a provision related to keno in the State Lottery Law.

An Act amending the act of November 24, 1998 (P.L.882, No.111), known as the Crime Victims Act, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions; in crime victims, further providing for responsibilities of department, local correctional facilities and board; in administration, further providing for office and for powers and duties of victim advocate and providing for confidentiality of records; and, in financial matters, further providing for costs for offender supervision programs.

An Act amending the act of November 10, 1999 (P.L.491, No.45), known as the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions and for Uniform Construction Code Review and Advisory Council and providing for review of updated sections and adoption of updated sections into Uniform Construction Code; in Uniform Construction Code, further providing for revised or successor codes; in adoption and enforcement by municipalities, further providing for administration and enforcement; in training and certification of inspectors, further providing for education and training programs; and, in exemptions, applicability and penalties, further providing for applicability to certain buildings.
