An Act amending the act of June 25, 1982 (P.L.633, No.181), known as the Regulatory Review Act, further providing for definitions, for proposed regulations and procedures for review and for final-form regulations and final-omitted regulations and procedures for review; and providing for concurrent resolution required for economically significant regulations.

An Act providing for the licensure of limited lines travel insurance producers, for requirements for sale of travel insurance, for authority of limited lines travel insurance producers, for registration and training of travel retailers and for renewal of license.

An Act amending Titles 24 (Education), 51 (Military Affairs) and 71 (State Government) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, extensively revising pension provisions as follows: In Title 24: for retirement for school employees, in the areas of preliminary provisions, of membership, contributions and benefits, of school employees' defined contribution plan and of administration and miscellaneous provisions; and for health insurance for retired school employees, in the area of preliminary provisions. In Title 51: for employment preferences and pensions, in the area of military leave of absence. In Title 71: for boards and offices, in the area of Independent Fiscal Office; and for retirement for State employees and officers, in the areas of preliminary provisions, of membership, credited service, classes of service and eligibility for benefits, of contributions, of benefits, of State employees' defined contribution plan and of administration, funds, accounts, general provisions. Providing, as to the revisions: for construction and administration, for applicability, for liability, for member statements and for suspension of provisions of the Public Employee Retirement Study Commission Act.

An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, in powers and duties of the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, providing for drug and alcohol recovery houses and establishing the Drug and Alcohol Recovery House Fund; and making editorial changes.

An Act amending the act of April 27, 1966 (1st Sp.Sess., P.L.31, No.1), known as The Bituminous Mine Subsidence and Land Conservation Act, providing for planned subsidence and for retroactivity.

An Act amending Title 66 (Public Utilities) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general provisions, further providing for definitions; in contract carrier by motor vehicle and broker, further providing for declaration of policy and definitions; and, in violations and penalties, further providing for unauthorized operation by carriers and brokers.

An Act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor and the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, to grant and convey to the Pennhurst Memorial Preservation Alliance, or its assigns, a certain tract of land with certain improvements on it situate in East Vincent Township, Chester County; authorizing and directing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to 812 Market, Inc., or its assigns, certain lands and improvements situate in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County; authorizing the Department of Transportation, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to Two Farms Inc., certain lands situate in the Collegeville Borough, Montgomery County; authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a competitive bid process, certain lands, buildings and improvements situate in the Borough of Chambersburg, Franklin County; authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Department of Transportation and the Governor, to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a competitive bid process, certain lands, buildings and improvements situate partially in the 6th Ward City of Washington and situate partially in South Strabane Township, Washington County; and authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and the Governor, to grant and convey to Jose L.
