Relating to constructing child care facilities within projects for affordable housing; prescribing an effective date.

Provides that constructing child care facility within project for affordable housing does not subject project for affordable housing to prevailing wage requirements if child care facility meets specified requirements. Provides that prevailing wage requirements do apply to construction of child care facility. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.

Relating to payment of travel for telecommuting state workers.

Prohibits state from paying costs of travel to or from Oregon for employee in state service who telecommutes from principal worksite more than 60 miles outside this state , unless collective bargaining agreement provides otherwise or essential requirements of position make it necessary for employee to telecommute from outside this state .

Relating to earned reduction in supervision.

Requires Department of Corrections to adopt rules requiring supervising officers to provide to eligible persons on supervision quarterly updates on progress toward earning reduction in supervision. ] Modifies applicability of earned reduction of supervision changes in House Bill 2172 (2021).
