Relating to treatment of allergic responses by law enforcement officers.

Directs Board on Public Safety Standards and Training to ensure that all police officers and certified reserve officers are trained in treatment of allergic responses. Requires certain law enforcement agencies to ensure that trained officers employed by agency carry epinephrine for use in emergency situations.

Relating to malt beverage distribution agreements.

Allows minor supplier of malt beverages to unconditionally terminate wholesale distribution agreement upon 90 days' notice. Limits types of payments due from minor supplier to distributor upon termination of agreement. Allows minor supplier to have agreements with multiple distributors within same territory.

Relating to the requirement of new additional travel lanes for certain interstate construction projects; prescribing an effective date.

Requires Interstate 5 Rose Quarter Project and Interstate 205 Abernethy Bridge Project to include new additional travel lanes along specified portion of highway. Requires Oregon Transportation Commission to identify status and progress of such new additional travel lanes in report required for conditional fuel tax increases in 2022 and 2024. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.

Relating to income tax subtractions for student loan payments; prescribing an effective date.

Allows personal income and corporate excise taxpayers to subtract from taxable income amounts paid as principal of or interest on qualified education loans. Reduces amount of allowed subtraction by amounts of interest deducted on federal return. Applies to interest paid in tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2019, and before January 1, 2025. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.

Relating to the TriMet Crash Advisory Committee.

Establishes TriMet Crash Advisory Committee. Provides that committee shall review certain crashes involving TriMet vehicles that result in injury or fatality. Requires committee to assess causes of such crashes, make recommendations to prevent similar crashes and submit quarterly report on findings to Transportation Safety Committee. Requires TriMet to provide meeting space and staff support to TriMet Crash Advisory Committee.

Relating to bone marrow; prescribing an effective date.

Directs Department of Transportation, in conjunction with Oregon Health Authority, to provide to applicant for driver license written material regarding becoming bone marrow donor. Requires department to post signage regarding written material in all locations where driver license is issued. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
