Imposes certain requirements related to private security providers who contract with or are employed by institutions of higher education to provide private security services on campus and special campus security officers commissioned by governing boards of public universities. Provides that private security professionals who provide private security services on campus and special campus security officers commissioned by governing board of public university do not have stop and frisk authority. Exempts retired member of Public Employees Retirement System from limitations on reemployment if member is reemployed by public university as special campus security officer or security officer for community college . Declares emergency, effective on passage.

Specifies that requirements apply to employers who employ six or more persons. Requires employer to post notice to employees of provisions of law prohibiting employment discrimination because of pregnancy and protections provided under Act. Requires employer to provide copy of notice to employees at certain times. Requires Commissioner of Bureau of Labor and Industries to adopt rules to establish ] develop training and outreach ] education materials to inform employers and employees of obligations, rights and protections related to pregnancy-related employment discrimination and reasonable accommodations available for pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions.
Excludes , for limited duration, certain employees of Oregon State Police from meaning of supervisory employee for purposes of public employment.
Modifies list of mandatory reporters of suspected child abuse to include animal control officers.
Allows pharmacists to prescribe and dispense emergency refills of insulin and associated insulin-related devices and supplies. Defines "insulin" and "insulin-related devices and supplies." Prohibits person from receiving more than three emergency refills of insulin and insulin-related devices and supplies in calendar year. Requires medical assistance programs and health benefit plans to reimburse for prescriptions made by pharmacists and services provided by pharmacists related to prescriptions for emergency refills of insulin and insulin-related devices and supplies . Declares emergency, effective on passage.
