Relating to fostering coexistence with beavers; prescribing an effective date.

Establishes the Landowners Living with Beavers Grant Program Subaccount in the Oregon Conservation and Recreation Fund. Authorizes the State Department of Fish and Wildlife to award block grants from the subaccount under the Landowners Living with Beavers Grant Program, on recommendations from the Oregon Conservation and Recreation Advisory Committee. Directs the department and the committee to jointly report on the grant program to committees or interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to the environment on or before September 15, 2027. Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the department for deposit in the subaccount for purposes related to the grant program. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.

Relating to a specially assessed value for the residences of seniors; prescribing an effective date.

Allows counties to adopt an ordinance or resolution that provides, for purposes of ad valorem property taxation, a specially assessed value for the owner-occupied primary residences of individuals who are at least 62 years of age. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.

Directs the department to administer a grant program to support licensed wildlife rehabilitation centers. Relating to the effects of wolves on livestock.

Provides that compensation for loss or injury to livestock or working dogs under the wolf depredation compensation and financial assistance grant program must be based on certain multipliers of fair market value. Caps compensation at $15,000 per animal. Removes provision authorizing compensation for missing livestock.
