Relating to continuous glucose monitors.

Allows physician to prescribe continuous glucose monitor to certain patients whether or not physician specializes in endocrinology. Requires medical assistance and health insurance to provide, as pharmacy benefit, coverage of or payment or reimbursement for continuous glucose monitor prescribed by physician. ] Requires medical assistance to include continuous glucose monitor for specified recipients of medical assistance. Defines "continuous glucose monitor."

Relating to firearm hold agreements.

Authorizes federal firearms licensee or other person to enter into firearm hold agreement with firearm owner. Provides immunity from liability for person who takes possession of firearm pursuant to firearm hold agreement except in actions arising from unlawful conduct. Directs Oregon Health Authority to establish grant program to fund storage of firearms pursuant to firearm hold agreement. Appropriates moneys to authority to fund grants. Requires that training course for concealed handgun license include use of firearm hold agreements for firearm suicide prevention. Provides that transfer of firearm pursuant to firearm hold agreement is exempt from private transfer criminal background check requirement.

Requires hospitals to record and report to Oregon Health Authority hospitals' daily cash on hand. Requires authority to publish information on authority's website.

Relating to evidence.

Provides that evidence of defendant's commission of other sexual offenses is admissible if relevant in criminal action in which defendant is accused of sexual offense. Provides that evidence of defendant's commission of other crimes constituting domestic violence is admissible if relevant in criminal action in which defendant is accused of crime constituting domestic violence. Eliminates provision providing that evidence of all prior bad acts is admissible if relevant in criminal action.

Relating to the disclosure of protected health information.

Requires health insurers, state health plans, health care providers and other covered entities to comply with request of individual or personal representative of individual to restrict or opt out of disclosure of protected health information of individual. Provides exception for public health activities, cases of emergency or as required by federal law.

Relating to marijuana for medical use; prescribing an effective date.

Expands definition of "debilitating medical condition" for medical use of marijuana. Allows specified entities to be designated as primary caregiver for registry identification cardholder. Protects entities and employees of entities from certain criminal liability related to medical use of marijuana. Prohibits Oregon State Board of Nursing from taking disciplinary action against nurse for discussing medical use of marijuana with patient. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.

Relating to environmental justice in land use planning.

Requires that statewide land use planning goal relating to citizen involvement incorporate environmental justice practices. Requires Land Conservation and Development Commission to amend goal by June 30, 2025, consistent with requirement. Establishes timelines for compliance with amended goal.

Relating to naturopathic physicians.

Requires individual and group health benefit plans and benefit plans offered by Public Employees' Benefit Board and Oregon Educators Benefit Board to reimburse services provided by naturopathic physicians within scope of their practice if services are reimbursed when provided by licensed physicians. Requires reimbursement paid to naturopathic physician in independent practice to be in same amount as reimbursement paid to physician.
