Relating to expression of milk in the workplace; and prescribing an effective date.

Conforms Oregon law related to expression of milk in workplace to federal law. Eliminates ] Limits to employers with 10 or fewer employees exemption from providing rest periods for expression of milk in workplace if granting rest period imposes undue hardship. Relating to discrimination on the basis of disability; and declaring an emergency.

Clarifies that sexual orientation and transgender status are ] is not considered physical or mental impairments ] impairment and that individual does not have disability solely by reason of individual's sexual orientation . Removes provision that employer may not be found to have engaged in unlawful employment practice solely because employer fails to provide reasonable accommodation to individual for disability arising out of individual's transgender status. Relating to tax supervising and conservation commissions; and prescribing an effective date.

Increases maximum expenditure appropriation for tax supervising and conservation commissions and increases annual percentage increase in maximum expenditure appropriation. Authorizes commissions to charge for services provided by commissions to nonmember municipal corporations and to apply for and receive grants. Provides that funds earned from charges and grants shall supplement, not supplant, commission's expenditure appropriation. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
