Permits employer to seek age of applicant under certain circumstances. Removes provision that includes apprentices within scope of unlawful employment discrimination statute.
Directs Oregon Health Authority to modify amounts of grants for school-based health centers for inflation. Directs authority to select 10 school districts or education service districts to receive school-based health center planning grants. Imposes requirements and restrictions on insurer and coordinated care organization audits of claims for reimbursement submitted by behavioral health treatment providers. Directs Oregon Health Authority to collaborate with health care providers that provide care to medical assistance enrollees, coordinated care organizations, community groups that advocate for diversity and health equity and health care industry representatives to develop recommendations for processes by which payers audit health care providers' claims for reimbursement. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Requires Department of Human Services to study programs and services administered by aging and disability services division of department. Directs department to submit findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to human services not later than September 15, 2024. ] Sunsets January 2, 2025. ] Directs President of Senate and Speaker of House of Representatives to appoint work group to develop framework for multi-sector plan for aging to be administered by Department of Human Services. Specifies membership and duties. Requires work group to submit three reports to committees and interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to human services, by December 1, 2023, during 2024 regular session of Legislative Assembly and by July 1, 2024, respectively.
