Relating to student driver education.

Increases reimbursement rates to providers of traffic safety education courses. Defines "pupil" for purposes of traffic safety education course reimbursement to include students who are at least 15 years of age and younger than 20 years of age. Relating to naturopathic physicians.

Requires individual and group health benefit plans and benefit plans offered by Public Employees' Benefit Board and Oregon Educators Benefit Board to reimburse services provided by naturopathic physicians within scope of their practice if services are reimbursed when provided by licensed physicians. Requires reimbursement paid to naturopathic physician in independent practice to be in same amount as reimbursement paid to physician.

Relating to the Department of Justice.

Prohibits Department of Justice from charging officers and agencies of state government for assistance rendered. Directs department to pay for costs of assistance rendered to officers and agencies of state government out of funds appropriated to department for that purpose. Becomes operative on July 1, 2025. Provides that department may not enter into or renew collective bargaining agreement that permits job classification or evaluation on basis of hours billed by attorney. Allows department to track billable hours only for purposes of reimbursement.

Relating to accessory dwelling units.

Redefines "historic home" to include dwellings built before 1974 for purpose of serving as accessory dwelling unit to home newly constructed on rural residential lands.
