Prohibits person from receiving more than three emergency refills of insulin and insulin-related devices and supplies in calendar year. Requires medical assistance programs and health benefit plans to reimburse for prescriptions made by pharmacists and services provided by pharmacists related to prescriptions for emergency refills of insulin and insulin-related devices and supplies .
