Relating to use of marijuana tax revenues for law enforcement purposes.

Requires Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission to study options available for use of marijuana tax revenues for funding law enforcement programs directed at cannabis-related offenses. Directs commission to submit findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to revenue not later than September 15, 2024.

Relating to notification of school response to certain behaviors directed toward students.

Requires school officials to provide parents or guardians of student who was subjected to act of harassment, intimidation or bullying or act of cyberbullying with notification that describes actions of school in responding to report of act of harassment, intimidation or bullying or act of cyberbullying. Removes school official discretion to decide whether to notify parents or guardians about act of harassment, intimidation or bullying or act of cyberbullying.

Relating to election workers.

Requires county clerk to ensure that any board or other entity established to assist county clerk in fulfilling official duties contains equal numbers of volunteers from each major political party. Provides that ballots may be collected from official ballot drop site only by team of two or more election workers, with each team including equal number of individuals affiliated with each major political party.

Relating to personal financial education.

Establishes personal financial education as requirement for high school diploma. Prescribes requirements of personal financial education. Directs Department of Education to establish academic content standards and statewide assessment system for personal financial education. Requires school districts and public charter schools to offer students instruction in personal financial education.
