Relating to price displays required for retail fuel dispensing stations.

Requires a person that operates a service station, business or other place for the purpose of retailing and delivering gasoline, diesel or other fuel to display on a sign visible from the street and on a sign visible at or near each dispensing device the prices charged for all grades of gasoline, diesel or other fuel.

Relating to funding for students eligible for special education; declaring an emergency.

Removes the percentage cap on the amount of moneys that are distributed from the State School Fund to school districts for students eligible for special education as a child with a disability. Directs the Department of Education to prepare and submit a report related to special education funding and expenditures. Appropriates moneys from the General Fund for transfer to the State School Fund. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.

Relating to requirements that apply to persons that process consumer personal data.

Lowers the thresholds above which, in applicable circumstances, controllers are subject to regulation in processing consumers' personal data. Prohibits controllers from processing sensitive data for the purposes of targeted advertising or profiling a consumer in furtherance of decisions that produce legal effects or effects of similar significance. Prohibits a controller from selling sensitive data for any reason.
