American Made Pharmaceuticals Act of 2022 This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to conduct a demonstration program that gives preference to domestically manufactured drugs under Medicare, Medicaid, and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The program must be conducted in at least eight states and for at least seven years. Preference may take the form of reduced cost-sharing, preferential treatment on formularies, bonus payments, and other specified methods.

This resolution calls on the Biden administration and its officials to maintain the sanctions on the repressive regimes in Venezuela and Iran. The resolution also expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that American energy independence should be achieved again for the sake of U.S. national security and the security of U.S. allies; and President Biden should immediately rescind his Executive Orders that prohibit the approval of new leases on federal lands and waters, and should immediately take actions to reestablish American energy independence.

The bill also requires the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation to prioritize projects that will support the strategy, including projects that will facilitate cooperation with other countries in the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue on investments related to critical minerals. (The dialogue is a coalition comprised of the United States, Japan, India, and Australia.) HRES 1010 is a resolution proposing to remove the December 18, 2019, impeachment of President Donald Trump from the official record. It argues the impeachment lacked constitutional evidence of "high Crimes and Misdemeanors," claiming Articles I and II relied on vague accusations, hearsay, and political motives rather than proven misconduct. The resolution asserts the impeachment was improperly based on unsubstantiated claims about a phone call with Ukraine's president and an anonymous whistleblower complaint. As a symbolic procedural resolution, it does not alter legal outcomes but seeks to erase the impeachment from congressional history.
