To amend sections 2901.30, 2901.41, and 2901.42 of the Revised Code to enact the Finding and Identifying with NamUs Data (FIND) Act to require law enforcement agencies to enter information relating to a report of a missing person in the national missing and unidentified persons system (NamUs).

To enact sections 9.484 and 1521.301 of the Revised Code to require data centers to report monthly and yearly water consumption and to prohibit data centers from including water consumption information in nondisclosure agreements with political subdivisions.

To amend section 5747.01 and to enact section 5180.23 of the Revised Code to establish the At-Home Infant Care Program in the Department of Children and Youth, to exempt payments received under the program from the state income tax, to name this act the At-Home Infant Care Program Act, and to make an appropriation.
