To enact sections 3727.81, 3727.811, and 5119.192 of the Revised Code to require hospitals to provide overdose reversal drugs under certain circumstances.

To amend sections 1751.72, 3923.041, and 5160.34 of the Revised Code regarding health insurance and Medicaid program prior authorization requirements.

To amend sections 2305.11 and 2307.46 and to enact section 2317.58 of the Revised Code to enact the Share the Health and Empower With Informed Notices (SHE WINS) Act regarding abortion informed consent.
