Expands the eligibility period for indigent legal service attorneys to receive certain loan forgiveness; increases loan reimbursement for certain attorneys who work in legal services with indigent clients.

Provides that cities having a population in excess of one million shall not supersede state provisions relating to the state law prohibition on individuals standing or parking a vehicle within twenty feet of a cross walk at an intersection.
Restricts the use by an employer or an employment agency of electronic monitoring or an automated employment decision tool to screen a candidate or employee for an employment decision unless such tool has been the subject of an impact assessment within the last year; requires notice to employment candidates of the use of such tools; provides remedies for violations.
Provides that only automated clearing houses or electronic funds transfers from such authorized sports bettor's personal bank account, wire transfers from an authorized sports bettor's personal bank account, personal checks delivered to the operator, a debit card issued by a financial institution that draws directly from such authorized sports bettor's personal bank account only and not a prepaid debit card, or in-person cash deposits at a casino or other approved location, may be used to fund mobile sports wagering accounts.
