Relates to the closure of certain office of mental health, office for people with developmental disabilities or office of children and family services facilities and institutions.
Establishes the Nourish New York program to facilitate programming that ensures that certain surplus agricultural products are provided to food relief organizations at competitive wholesale prices.
Provides that no more than fifty percent of the total funds appropriated to a library system may be used to support the total costs for projects receiving state aid in excess of seventy-five percent of the total approved costs.
