Relates to assisting persons with medically diagnosed HIV infection.
Relates to residency requirements for village justice and/or associate justice of Cayuga Heights; allows the village board of trustees of Cayuga Heights to appoint a person who resides in the county of Tompkins.
Expands eligibility for temporary disability insurance and paid family leave benefits; makes conforming technical changes.
Prohibits an employer, licensing agency or employment agency from requesting or requiring that a prospective employee disclose his or her age, date of birth or date of graduation from an educational institution on an initial employment application or during an interview, except in the case of a bona fide occupational qualification or need.
Relates to the creation of a statewide residential rental registry providing information relating to rental units including the number and types of code violations issued by the appropriate enforcement agency, and the number of findings of harassment currently on record with the code enforcement agencies.
Prohibits the keeping of inventory, storage, warehouse, processing, packaging, shipping or distributing of flavored vapor products near where vapor or tobacco products are sold at retail or wholesale.
