Requires children's non-regulated camps to ascertain whether an employee or volunteer is listed on the state sex offender registry pursuant to article six-C of the correction law and the national sex offender registry using the national crime and information center, established under the Adam Walsh child protection and safety act of 2006 (42 U.S.C. 16901 et seq.).

Relates to fire suppression systems and licensing professionals to perform authorized work on fire suppression systems.
Requires state agencies and entities to ensure their websites are accessible to persons with disabilities by following certain protocol; requires the office of information technology services to provide a report to the governor and legislature every two years.
Relates to annual professional performance reviews and tenure; makes an exception for individuals who did not receive an annual performance review rating during the 2019-2020, 2020-2021 and the 2021-2022 school years; allows for them to receive tenure if the individual would have been qualified if they had received such performance review.
Extends the amount of time before reports to the statewide central register regarding child abuse and maltreatment can be expunged from ten years to fifteen years after the eighteenth birthday of the youngest child named in the report.
Requires the commissioner of the office for people with developmental disabilities to develop a housing plan to create new housing options and services and evaluate the housing subsidy formula; establishes a pilot program to expand the scope of who may be paid to provide community habilitation and respite services.
