Relates to requiring nonpublic schools to follow the same rules and regulations as public schools regarding a pupil who suffers a concussion, regarding training to recognize the symptoms of a concussion, information to be provided to the parent or guardian of such pupil and the amount of time such pupil shall wait before resuming an athletic activity.

Relates to orders of protection

Requires the court to inquire of the defendant and the prosecutor as to the existence and location of any firearm, rifle or shotgun reasonably believed to be owned or possessed by the defendant, and the prosecutor will make reasonable efforts to obtain such information regarding the same and present it to the court.

Prohibits state agencies from assessing certain additional collection fee charges on certain outstanding student debts

Prohibits state agencies from assessing an additional collection fee charge on outstanding debt where the sum due and owing any state agency results from tuition, fees, room and board, educational benefit overpayments, student loans, or other charges incurred by a student in furtherance of such student's education.

Relates to the statute of limitations for public water suppliers to commence an action, civil claim, or cause of action for injury to property

Relates to the statute of limitations for public water suppliers to commence an action for injury to property; provides that any action, civil claim, or cause of action involving an emerging contaminant that is barred as of the applicable period of limitation has expired is hereby revived, and such action thereon may be commenced and prosecuted provided such action is commenced either before or in accordance with certain time periods; defines "emerging contaminant".

Relates to requiring private food service companies to disclose ingredient lists and nutritional information for all meals they provide school districts and requiring districts to publish this information online

Requires all contracts with private food service management companies to disclose ingredients lists and nutritional information for all the meals they provide school districts; provides that the private food service management company shall be required to consolidate nutritional information for any meal that is comprised of separate individual ingredients; requires such school districts to publish such ingredients lists and nutritional information on their district's website.
