Requires notification to the governing body of any violation of the sexual harassment policy of the municipality or alleged violation of the human rights law

Requires notification within one business day to the governing body of a town, village, city or county of any violation of the sexual harassment policy of such municipality or alleged violation of the human rights law; provides that records maintained by the town, village, city or county and proceedings by such town, village, city or county based thereon regarding a claim submitted by a victim or a claimant shall be deemed confidential; makes related provisions.

Establishes the COVID-19 emergency homeownership stability program

Authorizes the commissioner of New York homes and community renewal, as soon as practicable and subject to the disbursement of federal funds expressly for this purpose to the housing finance agency, to implement an emergency COVID-19 homeownership stability program and issue an emergency homeownership payment directly to the eligible homeowner; makes related provisions.

Prohibits certain municipal employees from serving as political party officers

Prohibits municipal employees appointed by the chief executive officer of a municipality or the governing body of a municipality, who are not members of a collective bargaining unit, from serving as political party officers in any capacity; exempts municipal employees appointed by a school district or fire district.
