Relates to the creation of the New York farm to school and school garden fund; allows individuals to make a gift on their personal tax form for such fund; such fund will be used to establish school gardens and purchase equipment and educational materials to promote students' consumption of local products conducted in cooperation with the department of agriculture and markets.

Enacts the "standing is tiring (sit) act"; requires employers to provide suitable seats to all employees where the nature of such employees' work reasonably permits seated work; prohibits employers from artificially designing a work space to require standing; requires the department of labor to determine whether the nature of work reasonably permits seated work; creates a private right of action for employees whose employer does not provide seats.
Directs the state liquor authority to extend all liquor licenses for on-premise alcohol retailers for a period of one year at no cost to the licensee.
Authorizes the Liverpool central school district to receive state aid for certain approved capital funded projects.
