Relates to the enactment of the student journalist free speech act

Enacts the student journalist free speech act to protect student speech at educational institutions unless such speech is libelous, an invasion of privacy, or incites students to commit an unlawful act, violate school policies, or to materially and substantially disrupt the orderly operation of the school.

Requires public housing authorities with housing complexes containing one hundred or more units to provide food and drinking water for all tenants in the affected buildings each day of a water service disruption

Requires public housing authorities with housing complexes containing one hundred or more units to provide at least three meals or meal vouchers and drinking water for all tenants in the affected buildings each day of a disruption in water services that requires a pause of tenant use of water for drinking or cooking lasting over twenty-four hours.
