Provides that agricultural lands acquired pursuant to section 247 of the general municipal law are eligible to receive permits for uses, buildings, and structures provided that such municipality determines that the granting of any such permits are accessory to bona fide agricultural production.

Provides that whenever a contiguous property of a college or university contains three hundred or more registrants, the polling place designated for such election district shall be on such contiguous property or at a location approved by the college or university.
Ensures that employees are automatically enrolled into the secure choice savings program and if they do not want to participate in the program, they must opt out.
