Amends the definition of a "public body"

Amends the definition of a "public body"; adds the requirement that entities created to perform a necessary function in the decision-making process, must require a quorum in order to conduct public business and consist of 2 or more members, in order to meet the definition of a "public body".

Provides for electronic notarization

Provides for electronic notarization; provides that a notary public is authorized to perform a remote notarization by utilizing communication technology that allows the notary public to interact with a principal; provides that a notary public qualified under this article is hereby authorized to perform an electronic notarial act by utilizing audio-video communication technology that allows the notary public to interact with a principal.

Increases required training for real estate brokers and real estate salespeople to prevent discrimination

Increases the required training for real estate brokers and real estate salespeople relating to fair housing laws and housing discrimination; provides the secretary of state shall require approved faculty to sign and affirm under penalty of perjury a document approved by and submitted electronically attesting to compliance with requirements pertaining to the instruction of established curriculum.
