Requires a written notice on the occurrence of a false-positive result, including the percentage of positives being a false-positive, for any condition tested during a prenatal test to be prominently displayed on any advertisement, promotional brochure, website or documentation that may be presented to a patient or a potential parent to recommend prenatal testing services offered by an entity or hospital.
Prohibits the use of intoxication of the victim as a defense in sex crimes; creates an affirmative defense where the defendant, at the time he or she engaged in the conduct constituting the offense, did not know of the facts or conditions responsible for such lack of consent.
Requires manufactured home park owners to provide a written justification for rent increases in excess of three percent of the current rent; provides that increases in costs to justify such rent increase for ordinary maintenance or repair to meet the warranty of habitability obligations must be shown to be necessary.
