Adds two members who should be appointed by the commissioner of labor to the New York state rural ambulance services task force.
Directs the commissioner of agriculture and markets in conjunction with the state soil and water conservation committee to promulgate rules and regulations to further the climate resilient farming initiative.
Provides menstrual products at no cost to menstruating individuals in temporary shelters, including, but not limited to, sanitary napkins, tampons and panty liners.
Requires the public service commission to initiate a proceeding to examine a process for streamlining actions related to utility pole attachments; requires such commission to invite participation in such proceeding by diverse stakeholders.
Relates to the Nourish New York program and the hunger prevention and nutrition assistance program; requires the commissioner of agriculture and markets to provide certain reports to the governor and the legislature.
Provides a conditional adult-use cultivator license to process and distribute cannabis flower products without holding an adult-use processor or distributor license; provides a conditional adult-use processor license to process and distribute cannabis products; provides for the repeal of certain provisions upon the expiration thereof.
Designates January 6th as Democracy Day.
