Relates to regulations pertaining to housing accommodations in buildings with six or more dwelling units where seventy-five percent of the total residents are fifty-five or older.
Provides for a tax credit for certain persons relocating to the state to provide or receive reproductive care or gender-affirming care.
Provides for the option of receiving any excess of the geothermal energy systems credit as a refund of an overpayment of tax.
Designates January 6th as Democracy Day.
Relates to motions to vacate judgment; authorizes filing motions to vacate judgment due to a change in law; authorizes motions to vacate judgment to be filed at any time after entry of a judgment obtained at trial or by plea; relates to the requirements of discovery.
Provides for automatic sealing of certain convictions after a certain passage of time from either imposition of sentence, release from parole or probation, and if the defendant does not have a current charge pending; excludes certain offenses; permits access by certain persons.
Increases certain penalties for violating the prohibition of animal fighting and for aggravated cruelty to animals; requires a psychiatric evaluation for defendants convicted of aggravated cruelty to animals.
Adds arts and music education as a common school branch that should be incorporated into the public school curriculum to provide a more well-rounded education for children.
Prohibits eviction without good cause; sets forth grounds for removal of tenants.
