Relates to eligibility of families to receive medical assistance.
Provides that a retailer licensed by the office of cannabis management shall be permitted to sell any and all forms of cannabinoid hemp.
Establishes the offense of aggravated reckless driving and allows for the seizure and forfeiture of vehicles used in connection with reckless driving or aggravated reckless driving.
Eliminates the zero-emission school bus mandate; authorizes the New York state energy research and development authority conduct a study to determine the feasibility of converting school busses to zero-emission vehicles.
Amends the 2023 capital projects budget to allow competitive grants to include funding for safety and security projects at small businesses at risk of hate crimes or attacks.
Establishes a manufactured housing tax credit which provides for a credit of up to two thousand dollars for each new manufactured home that the taxpayer constructed and for which a certificate of occupancy has been issued on or after January first, two thousand twenty-four and on or before December thirty-first, two thousand thirty.
Establishes a task force to study aging in place in mental health housing; provides for the repeal of such task force upon expiration thereof.
Establishes a municipal senior center capital support program in the office for the aging to assist municipalities in accessing capital funds necessary for the purchase of senior buses; directs the director of the office for the aging to develop an application and establish criteria for the disbursement of grants to eligible municipalities for the purpose of procuring senior buses; makes an appropriation.
