Relates to temporarily admitting certain attorneys graduating from law school or taking the bar exam during the COVID-19 state disaster emergency; such attorney may be admitted on a permanent basis if they remain in good standing under section 90 of the judiciary law and work at least 100 hours under the supervision of a permanently admitted attorney.
Requires prevailing wage to be paid for work performed on a public works project for any work involving the delivery to and hauling of aggregate supply construction materials, as well as any return hauls, whether empty or loaded and any time spent loading/unloading.
Relates to the New York state ALS research and education fund; qualifies that the commissioner of health shall expend moneys from such fund to the ALS associations.
Exempts certain interested parties or people from civil arrest while going to, remaining at, or returning from the place of such court proceeding.
Relates to establishing a set grace period for the use of credit card reward points when an account is modified, cancelled, closed or terminated; ninety days shall be provided for the use of such points from the date notice of modification, cancellation, or termination of the card is provided.
