Provides a temporary retirement incentive for certain public employees (Part A); provides an age 55/25 years temporary retirement incentive for certain public employees (Part B).
Classifies military monuments and memorials as parkland; provides that no such monument or memorial shall be alienated, developed, leased, transferred, sold or discontinued for use as a memorial site without the approval of the legislature.
Establishes the teachers' fossil fuel divestment act; requires the New York state teachers' retirement system to divest the retirement system of any stocks, securities, equities, assets, or other obligations of corporations or companies included on an exclusion list of coal producers and oil and gas producers.
