Enacts the "criminal forfeiture process act" to replace the process for the criminal forfeiture of certain property in certain instances.
Relates to establishing speed limits in cities with populations in excess of one million people by easing restrictions so cities can establish speed limits below twenty miles per hour.
Relates to requiring training for teachers and administrators in the area of childhood trauma after January 1, 2025.
Relates to the theft of real property; defines certain larceny crimes as involving deed theft; authorizes the attorney general to investigate and prosecute every person or entity charged with the commission of a criminal offense in violation or transactions relating to deed theft or a transaction involving real property.
Permits a school food authority to attribute moneys spent on purchases of food products from New York state farmers, growers, producers or processors made for its school breakfast program to the thirty percent of costs for school breakfast and lunch service programs.
Relates to the practice of natural hair care and braiding; creates an apprenticeship in such area; makes conforming technical changes.
