Requires TNC passengers, prior to using a digital network, to acknowledge a legal notice that states: "IF YOU CLICK HERE, YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO SUE US IN COURT".

Relates to allowing photographs of one's self and one's own ballot while voting, provided that such photographs do not contain any other voter or reveal the contents of any other voter's ballot.

Relates to the registration status of voters; establishes additional requirements for the cancellation of a voter's registration and allows voters who have an inactive status to have their registration returned to active status and to have their vote counted for the election in which they vote.

Relates to prohibiting transportation network companies from including mandatory arbitration clauses in user agreements for certain offenses including assault and sex offenses; all user agreements issued with such clause shall be considered null and void and new agreements without such clause shall be issued within 14 days of the effective date of this legislation.
Requires mercantile establishments to cease collections upon a court finding of not guilty of larceny in mercantile establishments.
