Relates to disclosing personal information; limits disclosures of personal information to law enforcement; expands information sharing in response to emergencies; provides for statutory damages for violations and that any information disclosed to a law enforcement agency in violation of the privacy law shall be inadmissible in a criminal or civil court, or administrative proceeding.
Relates to establishing a task force on safety in school transportation to review and promote such safety.
Increases the maximum amount of fines for parking violations from fifty dollars to sixty-five dollars for a first violation, eighty-five dollars for a second parking violation, and one hundred dollars for each subsequent violation.
Permits certain activities in premises licensed for adult-use on-premises consumption of cannabis including the sale of food, non-alcoholic beverages and entertainment.
Relates to audits conducted by the office of Medicaid inspector general detecting ministerial or clerical errors that generate an overpayment to a vendor providing non-emergency medical transportation services.
Establishes a tax credit for rent paid on the personal residence of certain taxpayers who lease the taxpayer's primary residence during the taxable year and who pay rent with respect to such residence in excess of thirty percent of such taxpayer's gross income for such taxable year whose income is less than fifty percent of the area median income.
Provides for eligible incarcerated individuals to receive a monthly stipend upon release from a state correctional facility.
