Enacts the tobacco product waste reduction act prohibiting the sale or offering for sale of cigarettes utilizing single-use filters and single-use electronic cigarettes.
Creates an excise tax on the collection of consumer data by commercial data collectors.
Establishes a model racial equity, social justice, and implicit bias training program.
Provides for the state board of elections to undertake a study of the feasibility for voting by mail, telephone and/or the internet; authorizes a pilot program for such voting during the study; requires a report to the governor and legislature.
Prohibits the minimum capital investment for a gaming facility from including certain tax expenditures, disposition of publicly owned property, grants or loans awarded by all state and municipal granting bodies, and certain development assistance programs.
Provides that the failure to report a release of hazardous substances is a class A misdemeanor and any such subsequent violation shall be a class E felony.
Precludes owners from collecting further rent increases if they fail to pay their housing unit fee.
Expands the offense of assault in the second degree to include the causing of injury to a frontline employee enforcing a city or state rule or regulation related to controlling the spread of communicable diseases.
Establishes a deduction for stock options.
Establishes the task force on jobs and the new economy.
