Relates to rent regulated and rent stabilized housing accommodations by tenants over sixty-two years of age or a tenant with a disability.
Enacts the New York child data privacy protection act to prevent the exploitation of children's data; requires data controllers to assess the impact of its products on children for review by the bureau of internet and technology; bans certain data collection and targeted advertising.
Prohibits facial recognition technology to be used in connection with an officer camera used by both local and state police including the storage of biometric data.
Authorizes the city of New York to establish and maintain an electronic voter registration transmittal system for New York city residents.
Relates to reports on untested sexual offense evidence collection kits; requires law enforcement agencies to report to the division of criminal justice services on the number of tested and untested sexual offense evidence collection kits; requires the division to report on the results of such report to the legislature.
Prevents the use of funds, financial incentives, subsidies or tax exemptions for projects where the occupier of the project is not disclosed.
