Requires any public school located in a city with a population of one million or more to provide a remote learning option when community transmission of COVID-19 is at a substantial or high level

Requires any public school located in a city with a population of one million or more to offer a remote learning option to all primary and secondary students when such public school is located in a county determined by the federal centers for disease control and prevention to have a substantial or high level of community transmission of COVID-19.

Authorizes the attorney general to enforce the provisions of the environmental conservation law and its rules and regulations in the name of the people of the state

Authorizes the attorney general to commence a special proceeding in a court hearing jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of the environmental conservation law and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto in the name of the people of the state.
